Our crystal crafts are made of high quality K9 crystal, not the natural crystal.

K9 crystal is a mixture of lead oxide and silicon dioxide. When the lead oxide content exceeds 24%, it is generally referred to as K9 crystal; if it is below 24%, it is called K9 glass.
Features: K9 crystal boasts high light transmittance and refractive index, achieving a diamond-like luster when cut. Its transparency, refraction effect, hardness, and texture far surpass those of resin materials. It also offers excellent thermal shock resistance and surface hardness, making it scratch-resistant, suitable for applications in fireproof and bulletproof glass.
Applications: K9 crystal is widely used in optical coatings, high-end jewelry, crafts, lighting fixtures, trophies, and whiskey glasses. For example, it is employed in manufacturing car accessories, premium trophies, whiskey glasses, as well as optical equipment such as telescopes and laser devices.
Difference from natural crystal: K9 crystal is a man-made material with an extremely clean interior and almost no inclusions, whereas natural crystal contains fibrous or needle-like inclusions. Additionally, natural crystal is harder than K9 crystal and will leave scratches on glass when used to scratch it.
In China, K9 crystal is often referred to as the highest grade of artificial crystal.

1st, Choose the shape and size of the crystal.
2nd, Please send high-resolution photos of the customization details—photos taken with a smartphone are generally acceptable. Most 3D designs require images of three sides: front, side, and back.
3rd, We will create a 3D design based on the photos you provide.
4th, Before production, we will send you the 3D design templates for your approval.
5th, For large orders, we will first produce a sample, and send photos and videos for your confirmation before proceeding with the full production.

The MOQ is 5pcs.
Actually, we can make one piece for customers. But the international freight cost is very expensive. The total cost will be as much as ordering in a local shop. Besides, we will take more days to deliver the parcel to you.

We usually will spend 3 days on 3D designs.
2-3 days for production. But it will take 5-7 days if order quantity is more than 100pcs.
Total 5 to 10 days to finish your order.
About the shipping time, about 5-7 days by UPS, DHL, Fedex. 25 to 35 days by Sea.
So, you need to plan your order in advance.

But we can deduct the sample cost in payment when getting your mass order.

We usually ship the mass order by sea. It will take about 35 days to you.
For urgent orders, we also can ship by UPS, DHL, Fedex. It will take about 7 days to you. But the freight cost is very expensive.

We place great importance on safe transportation. We use a sturdy gift box with foam padding inside for each crystal craft. We pack the goods with thick outer cartons. Besides, we will add black plastic corner protectors on each carton. For large orders, we will load cartons on pallets.

We’ll require 100% deposit for small orders (less than 100pcs).
40% deposit for large orders (more than 100pcs), balance before shipping.
